Session Details:

• Duration: 1.5 hours, schedule upon request.

• Ideal for groups of 10. For groups smaller than 5 or larger than 10, please contact us.

Event Preparation:

• No prior experience is needed.

• All hoops are provided.

• Optional glitter and prosecco will be supplied if chosen.

• Hoop dancing is not highly intense but can be challenging at first – you might work up a sweat! Remember to bring a towel and water.
